WristPilot turns your Wear OS watch into a trackpad and keyboard for your computer, a remote control for your Android phone, and a remote for the TVs on your home network. This policy explains what the app accesses and what it does (and does not do) with that information.
WristPilot does not collect, store, or transmit your personal data to the developer or to any third party. There are no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking. Everything the app does happens locally — between your watch, your phone, your computer, and your own TVs.
WristPilot uses Android's accessibility service to provide its phone-control feature. This is an optional feature that you turn on yourself in Android Settings, and the app works as a computer trackpad and TV remote without it.
When enabled, the service does exactly one thing: it carries out the pointer movements, taps, swipes, scrolls, and text entry that you direct from your watch, so that your watch can drive the phone screen. To place those actions correctly it needs to know which app is in the foreground and where on-screen controls are. That information is used only in the moment, to perform the action you asked for. It is never recorded, never stored, and never transmitted off the device. WristPilot does not read, log, or collect the content of your screen, your messages, your passwords, or anything you type.
To remember your preferences and avoid re-pairing, the app stores the following only in its private app storage on your own devices, never uploaded:
You can erase all of it at any time by clearing the app's data or uninstalling the app. Android cloud backup is disabled for this app, so none of it leaves your device.
WristPilot is free to download and includes a 7-day free trial of the full app. After the trial, media buttons and the exercise stopwatch remain free, and a single one-time in-app purchase unlocks the rest.
That purchase is processed entirely by Google Play. Google handles the payment and tells the app only whether an unlock has been purchased. Intelligent Technical Services LLC never sees or receives your payment card, billing address, or other payment details. Google's handling of that transaction is covered by the Google Privacy Policy.
None. WristPilot does not sell, share, or transmit personal data to the developer or to any third party. The only outbound communication is the control data you actively send to your own computer over Bluetooth and your own TVs over your local network.
WristPilot does not request camera, microphone, location, contacts, call log, SMS, or external storage permissions, and contains no camera or audio recording features.
WristPilot is a utility app and is not directed at children. It does not collect personal information from anyone.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this URL with a new effective date.
